Body Features/Focus Points

  • All bodies are mounted on a "hot dipped" galvanized structural steel subframe for superior support and corrosion resistance.  An optional 304L stainless steel subframe is also available.
  • All bodies are "springer" mounted in the front to allow for frame flex to occur without stressing the body.All bodies are produced using CNC machining which allows for better fit and finish regardless of body material.
  • CNC library allows for exact replacement parts to be produced when/if needed.
  • Formed aluminum bodies are a 1/8" and 3/16" 5052 H32 aluminum sheet for maximum strength and durability.
  • Stainless steel bodies are 304L stainless steel for superior strength and corrosion resisitance.
  • Stainless steel bodies are bolted together utilizing 5/16" stainless steel bolts with aircraft style lock nuts instead of 3/16" screws like most of the competition.
  • Welded stainless bodies are manufactured from C3R12 steel.
  • Body compartments consist of independent modules making the Toyne body a truly modular design. 
  • Standard body doors are flush mounted aluminum pan style doors with removeable inner panels for easy access to interior door hardware if needed.  Overlapping and roll up doors are optional.
  • Standard body is flat back design allowing for more efficient use of the rear panels for lighting and equipment. 
  • Optional XL body has larger rear side compartments with a recessed step and center rear compartment.
