BREDA, Iowa - The Carrollton Inn in Carroll, Iowa once again housed the annual Toyne Dealer Summit. Toyne, Inc., an industry-leading fire apparatus manufacturer based in Breda, IA, hosted authorized Dealers and sales team members from across the nation to better educate the team on new products and company innovations.

Holding true to a Toyne tradition, the team-wide golf event and social took place on Sunday afternoon, while Monday and Tuesday were chock full of commercial and custom product insights and updates from team leaders. In addition to covering new product innovations, Dealers were introduced to new tools to better help sell Toyne products, as well as educated on new NFPA delivery regulations.

“It is imperative that our team stay informed on innovations, not only within our company, but also with the industry as a whole,” said Toyne Product Support Coordinator Bill Bird. “The Dealer Summit is a great opportunity for us to share what’s new, and to come together and celebrate our success as a team.”

During last year’s meeting, the leading apparatus manufacturer showcased a brand new final inspection building and expanded main office. “We’ve heard nothing but great feedback on our new building from customers and dealers alike,” added Bird. “We’re proud to be part of the Toyne movement and that movement shows no signs of slowing down any time soon.”

Fast becoming an industry stalwart, the Iowa-based company also unveiled their PRV XL™ at FDIC 2016, which features a slide-out-and-down enclosed pump panel, and was named one of the ‘Top 9 Most Interesting Fire Products of 2015’ by FireRescue1.com due to its flexibility for multiple panels to be placed inside the cab, on a mounted slide-out toolboard, or elsewhere on the apparatus.

Toyne put the finishing touches on the 2016 Dealer Summit with a Q&A session with company President and CEO, Michael D. Schwabe, followed by an awards ceremony honoring the past year’s top sales team members.
