HGACBuy is an award-winning, nationwide government-to-government procurement service operated by the Houston-Galveston Area Council. Since beginning their services in 1975, they have assembled a team of experienced professionals, who, collectively, offer more than 150 years of experience to members. They are active throughout the United States and provide nearly 7,500 members with 40 major categories of products and services from more than 750 highly qualified contractors.

COSTARS is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's cooperative purchasing program and serves as a conduit through which registered and eligible local public procurement units (LPPUs) and state-affiliated entities (Members) are able to leverage contracts established by DGS to cost effectively and efficiently identify suppliers with whom to do business.
